Megan Dunford

Local artist and Paint & Sip instructor - KSU grad 

 Megan initially pursued an Art Education degree at Kent State, but experienced a change of heart and switched to Occupational Therapy. She works as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Geauga Medical Center on the Behavioral Health Unit. This role offers her the flexibility to blend art into therapy sessions, enhancing everyday living skills with patients.  

In 2015, Megan attended her first Sip & Paint event at a local winery, and it was love at first brushstroke. Recognizing the potential, she decided to turn this creative outlet into a business. Since then, she has instructed hundreds of paint parties, hosting them everywhere from people’s homes to wineries, local bars, churches, and fundraising events. For Megan, painting and teaching are not just a job—they’re a true passion. Her side gig as a Sip & Paint Instructor has been a blessing, allowing her to bring people together for laughter, socializing, and, of course, art.
